Frilly Mustard - Red & Green (150g)

Golden Frills and Ruby Streaks are mustard varieties with fine incised, fresh green leaves and a spicy taste. Frilly mustards go well in salads as the lacey leaves add a delicate bit of ‘zing’. They can also be cooked as a green. A similar mustard leaf has been grown and eaten in the Himalaya region in India for over 5000 years.
