Taccole / Piselli mangiatutto

Sometimes also called Snow Pea, this is a type of pea which only develops very small peas so you can eat the entire pod whole. You can eat them raw to add a nice crunch to your salads, throw them into stir-fries, or fry quickly in sesame oil as they do in south-east Asia.
